My name is David and I am a hackathon organizer for Hacktech: http://www.hacktech.io/ I am also a software developer and am a specialist in Machine Learning.
I’m writing you today urging you and Congress to vote in favor of the proposed Title III rules under the Jobs Act which would legalize equity crowdfunding. I personally would like to become involved with ECF as an investor and believe that these rules going into effect would have a very positive overall effect on the startup community nationwide!
My goals are to invest in startups that are operating in clean tech, hardware and software innovation, and IT. Please vote in support of the Title III rules so that I may participate in equity crowdfunding! Thank you so much for your time!
