Dear Ms. Mary Jo White,
I am an entrepreneur who runs a startup with the focus of developing modern front-end frameworks that set front-end conventions. Our company is called Magmoz and we are interested in the possibility of equity crowdfunding according to the JOBS Act but since the Title III rules have not been finalized nor published by the SEC yet (as promised in 2012), we have not been able to make a clear decision about certain types of investment. I urge you and your colleagues to convene to schedule the vote on Title III. Our goal is to raise capital to hire on 5 new developers and give jobs to the student designers & engineers in our community.
