Dear Ms. Mary Jo White, My name is Jeremy Greenfield and I am founder of Delaware corporation that is creating first mobile, social aggregator built for brand managers and event coordinators to easily manage & grow their social following across all networks, from one easy to use platform, also known as Hashtack! My company has been interested in equity crowd funding and we have noticed that the SEC has not delivered its promised decision as expected in 2012 as part of the JOBS ACT that received support from both Houses of Congress in April of 2012. The lack of decision has placed a limit on whom I can solicit investment money from and I would like to have the opportunity to use my friends and social network groups as potential sources of capital to fund my dreams and my company. I am writing to support the SEC in delivering the new rules for Title III and I want to thank you and your colleagues have already done to promote this cause. We are very close to accomplishing this mission and I urge you and your colleagues to set a date for voting on Title III since we are two years behind making a decision on the final rules! Our vision is to hire and scale a marketing and sales team of 5 people and provide an immense amount of jobs to students in the LA area if given the opportunity to equity crowdfund! Thank you so much for helping us fund our dreams! Let’s make a move on Title III and set a vote in stone!
