Dear SEC:
I am writing to comment on your upcoming ruling in support of the Title III JOBS Act.
As a founder of a startup, I work tirelessly all hours of the day and night to bring my vision of "collaborative storytelling" to life. My App "SKIT!" lets anyone create and share animated stories -- kind of like an interactive YouTube!
We've had some great early success, but like 1000s of other entrepreneurs, I'm still still fighting with all to make it all work.
Crowd funding is a critical component to the future of my business and the lively hood of the dedicated team of 10 I've rallied around my vision.   I intend to run a campaign under the proposed Title III rules to in order to invite the massive public interest in my product to help bring it to life through investment.
But time is running out --  I need to start this campaign very soon or else my business will be in jeopardy.  Please issue the final Title III rules ASAP.
And thank you for taking this important matter seriously.
Sincerely,

Robin
