The level of corruption at the SEC is as sad as it is shocking. For over 2 years, small businesses have been waiting for regulations on equity crowdfunding.
The new top person is the same as the old top person.
Sure feels like the SEC is in the back pockets of few vulture capitalists in Silicon Valley.
2 year delay is shamefull Madam Commissioner even for a U.S. government agency.
