I am a front-end web developer based in Los Angeles and founder of internet startup Frenzy. Frenzy is a web-mobile portal that lets you read, save, and shop the latest fashion articles in real time. The site is scheduled to launch in late October. My team and I would like to initiate a crowdfunding campaign under the Title III rules.
We will use the funds to expedite site development tasks, cover server costs (amazon web services) and recruit talented engineers. We plan to hire at least 2 more programmers within 12 months of securing crowdfund investment. I encourage the SEC and its counterparts to issue the final JOBS act title iii rules so we can raise necessary funds and launch our business in accordance to our schedule.
