I am writing to voice my support for the title III final rules.
My name is Jake Neuberg and I am the cofounder of a company called Revolution Prep. Revolution Prep currently employs over 100 employees across the country.
Our company raised institutional capital in 2010. However, new regulations under Title III would enable our company to experience more rapid growth as well as to hire significantly more people nationwide. I am also a member of several business networks and am confident that many other entrepreneurial organizations would greatly benefit from this increased access to equity capital.
