Dear Sir or Ma'am,
The time has come to release the rules for title (III). The people deserve the right to make decisions about where they put their own money. I learned in junior high that buyer beware. I still believe consumers need some protection but the buyer needs to be aware if it sounds too good it probably isn't. Freedom is also the right to make mistakes.
