I’m an angel investor in startup companies and wish to invest in crowdfunding campaigns under the proposed Title III rules. Typically, startup companies I invest in use investment funds to hire additional employees, finalize development of a technology, market a product or service, pay rent, pay for other things that are essential for them to succeed. I don’t know how many people have been hired as a result of startup companies that my colleagues and I have invested in, but I believe it’s a significant number.
I hope the SEC will issue the final JOBS ACT Title III rules as soon as possible so additional entrepreneurs can launch their businesses and hire more people.
