Please publish the rules of title 3 of the Jobs Act.
We need to allow unaccredited investors (with net worth under 1 million dollars) the potential to join in on the benefit from funding start-ups. This benefit needs to be available to all citizens. Just because we have less capital doesn't mean we don't understand risk. We don't need protection from risky investments -- we are smart enough to manage that risk ourselves.
