Thank you for taking the time to review the comments on Title III. I am part of Not So Small Change, a new company in Pittsburgh that wants to operate under this legislation. It's frustrating that a passed law is still not usable by the businesses that want to function based off of this. Please do protect investors but don't hamper efforts to utilize passed legislation. This will be a great new avenue for funding and a new way to wealth for many individuals who can do small investing, in addition to a great new way to support projects in their communities instead of depending on large established financial institutions.
Please find a way to make it so we can operate under title III as soon as possible.
