To whom it may concern:
What a shame that our government is unable to move forward on Title III. It holds the promise of improving our cities rapidly, by permitting everyone to invest in the community they live in. Here at smallchange.com we plan to use Title III to raise equity for transformational real estate projects, projects that provide both a financial and a social return. While we fret about whether someone who has net worth of under $1M is smart enough to invest in their community, while we waste time, other countries are moving forward rapidly. Their cities will benefit from legislation like this, but ours won’t. I don’t believe for one moment that U.S. citizens are less sophisticated than the British. Do you?
Please, let’s get going on this. We are all waiting. Over 500 days late is unacceptable.
