You cannot handle the scumbag ripoff artists running amok as it is. Why in the world would you ever want to open the floodgates with this ?
Just look at complaints I have filed against several OBVIOUS publicly traded SCAMS. Over a year has elapsed with several of these SLAM DUNK violators, SEC Action has yet to be taken.
