Isn't it time to have a vote to finalize the reg for crowdfunding participation
for those whose assets are $1M. It has been many many months since Congress gave you the OK to proceed in developing a policy for the "little guy"
to participate in start-up funding.
I would appreciate a feed back on when you plan to vote on a final reg and respond to the policy requested by Congress.
