I would like to urge the Securities and Exchange Commission to implement rules for Crowdfunding that will promote equtiable access to this capital, and specifically allow domestic mission-driven capital to efficiently and safely reach low-income, low-wealth communities where job creation and economic growth are needed most. Please keep in mind the need of the Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI) community when authoring final regulation.
