Hello,
My comments as an entrepreneur entering this industry are, the required reporting and liability is unreasonable for a small 1 – 5 person company to carry. You will immediately kill 90% of this industry the way it is required today. The second comment is in regards to the cap on what each company is able to raise per year. 1 million dollars is not enough money. The community at large would be better with 100 million per year.
