Hello,
I think the limts or caps you are putting on crowdfunding are going to be very damaging to many companys trying to start up.
Particularly in the online gaming industry where crowd funding has been very successful for companies and the investors.
Capping a company at 1 million per year is absurd.
That is telling these guys you can do something... but keep it small and dont make any jobs.
I sincerely hope you take this into consideration. Your going to kill a growing segment of our economy. Which is the online gaming industry.
In an economy that is spluttering along like ours.. I cannot imagine why you would want to put limits like this of any kind on companys. It is counter productive.
