Just out of curiosity, Even though I may have not read everything there is to know crow funding: but, looking at the basics of it, is there no taxes involved in all
of this? I have read about two or three web pages on this and haven't seen much of anything on how this could also be a good tax revenue as long as it doesn't hurt the small investors or the starting business. In essence it may be profitable to hit larger investors in this. Again, I don't know everything just curious.
