These are interesting ideas. I hope that the proposed rules, becomes the new rules in mid 2014. Many people are awaiting on your team.
I think the proposed rules provides a high barrier to entry to equity crowdfunding portals aka funding portals.
Which is good because it will stop anyone from potentially creating a funding portal over a weekend.
How will you monitor the non-accredited investors from investing the maximum amount in each platform that is out there?
