This is government work at its finest.
Solving a problem that does not exist with rules and regulations nobody wants.
It's a complete joke that the SEC can impose these capricious, arbitrary, harmful to economic growth, anti-entrepreneur, unnecessary rules via government dictate absent any vote from the people and their representatives.
But, that too is government work at its finest.
May this travesty never be enacted, and if it is, may it be ignored and circumvented by any and all means.
