Dear Sirs,
I am very much opposed to this proposed rule. The additional cost will simply be passed on to consumers, and make transacting business more difficult.
The problem is not lack of regulation, but lack of enforcing current regulation.
Please consider simply beefing up what oversight already exists, instead of layering another slew of rules on top of what already exists.
