I strongly support measures intended to protect the investing public in 'File Number S7-09-09.'
The extensive string of investment frauds has had immense impact on young people as they learn how to invest and upon others who need reassurance that their invested funds are safe.
Lax regulation needs to be examined and reversed.
This is one measure that seems to suggest such a change in regulatory attitude. That professioal groups would oppose it is beyond me.
