I wish to register my opposition to the proposed rule S7-09-09.
As a small Registered Advisor, I strongly feel that this ruling would place a significant financial and administrative hardships on me and my fellow small to medium sized advisors.
Please reconsider either the scope of this proposed random audit, or the application to what sized firms. As proposed, it will literally drive many small RIA's out of business, which will severely limit the personal choices for many consumers.
