As a 31 year veteran of the financial services industry, I ask you to seriously address the concerns expressed by the FPA and CFP Board regarding regulatory changes for advisors and brokers. EFFECTIVE regulation, not window dressing and more "busy work", is required if we are to maintain effective and efficient markets.
