How much more can you honestly do to drive us out of business?!??!??! We have all suffered from the likes of Stanford, Madoff and a score of other less unscrupulous criminals. Why should we be punished because we are allowed BY CONTRACT BY THE CLIENTS to withdraw fees from their accounts?!?!??! This is really getting ridiculous. Why not punish those who blatantly overstepped their bounds and allow the rest of us who are diligent and honest to serve our clients rather than worry about surprise audits, AND have to pay for them? Isn't that like paying the bondsman to find you?
We are tired of taking the hit for the big wirehouses who churn out thieves and cowards because they are working for a system that rewards them for doing so. Put the heat where it belongs.
