I would support the proposed rule if you believe it could accomplish the intent of the rule. Investment advisers certainly need more scrutiny. I have lost confidence in the entire financial sector and am wondering what percentage of them are corrupt, is it 5%, 20%, 50%?? Please provide adequate oversight by whatever means necessary so the dishonest investment companies can be purged from the pool and allow the honest ones to remain.
