Put the up-tick rule back in place. Put it back the way that it was. As an individual investor, I am tired of seeing the big hedge funds slam stocks down at will.
I am not saying that some of the banks didn't deserve to fail. I just don't think that they should have been smashed down they way that they were. It shouldn't be quite so easy. If we have to give up the ETFs, so be it. Lets get back to some honest transparancy.
The up-tick rule worked just fine for the last 70 years. Put it back the way that it was. I do not want a watered down imitation.
