It is unbelievable that you haven't taken steps to restore investor confidence in financial markets.
Please restore the uptick rule and stop the use of abusive naked short selling by some entities to destroy public corporations and impoverish investors.
Would you please enact and enforce rules that make parties deliver shares that they have sold in a timely manner in order to level the playing field?
It appears that some powerful parties of Wall Street are able to not only bend the rules but completely flaunt them.
The manipulation of stocks that we have come to expect is ruining the savings and retirement dreams of ordinary Americans and Canadians.
Will you help restore the confidence of the average investor like me?
