My curriculum vitae contains over sixty peer reviewed articles that stressed statistical analysis, some with over ten thousand patients, one that proved Bayes' theorem inapplicable in many circumstances. This expertise permits my saying with authority that effects of ending restrictions on bears cannot be detected in fields filled with bulls. The 2008 markets must be evaluated to see if the absence of the uptick rule had a deleterious effect.
