How much of my hard earned retirement savings (401k) or how much retirement money from all hard working americans wound up in the hands of just a few greedy short sellers? Please reinstate the up-tick rule that was taken away in 2007 soon so that our 401K, IRAs 403Bs EXC. of hard all working americans will be better protected aginst agressive people who "Play the market" in a way that undermines our retirement vehichles.It has helped destroy the small retirement savings of many and made a very few rich people very very rich. Thanks.
