Dear Ms. Shapiro,
I hope you'll reinstate the uptick rule as it existed before 2007. As a small investor I feel like I've been playing on a field tilted against me. Stand for fairness even if it means some of your colleagues on the commission, who did away with the rule, have to eat crow.
