Greetings:
The Hedge Funds have killed the small individual invester
by creating price minipulaton through short selling.
I have lost over $1.5 M since 2001. The last two years
have been killers due to the short selling.
Please reinstate the Up Tick Rule ASAP. Otherwise, I am
not going to participate anymore. I am just going to sit on my money. I refuse to participate in a system where
the large broakerages are controling the market.
