I am strongly recommending that the uptick rule should be reinstated in full without any watering down. I am very angry that my retirement portfolio has been drastically affected by the repeal of the uptick rule. Stop giving in to the short sellers and admit that you made a mistake. Honest short selling needs to be restored. Why are you allowing stocks to be destroyed by these short sellers?
Do the right thing and protect the little investor or don't you care?
