I am writing to appeal for full restoration of the up tick rule. I intend to write my US representatives and offer my comments.
I have heard rumors in recent days that you are leaning away from full restoration, and are looking at a watered down version. Please reconsider.
I also want to appeal for enforcement of 'naked' short selling.
I have personally felt the pain inflicted by these abusive practices.
They are currently used with Ultra Short raids to drive down market trends.
