Please bring back the uptick rule. The individual investor has lost A LOT of money in our 401K plans. I'm sure the declines would not have been so bad, if we had the uptick rule in place. Please bring it back
Also, please enforce the rules on Naked Short Selling, as this is also a big issue, has negatively impacted the individual invcestors.
