-We need more enforcement to make sure that stocks listed on this list are protected from abuse by naked shorting and those that continually practice illegal methods abusing laws that already exist. The offenders should be punished and the penalties should be increased to the maximum extent of the law. This is what has been driving many good companies out of business and the cause of much of our economic suffering and dilema we are now facing. Congress and our President need to take a stand now, enough is enough
