As a result of watching stocks destroyed by naked short selling, my confidence as an investor has been destroyed and I will avoid it until there is a SOLID uptick rule reinstated. It is so obvious that abusive short selling contributed to the devastation our economy has suffered and I urge you strongly to give EVERYONE a chance in the market. STOP THE ABUSE DON'T LEAVE LOOPHOLES, PLEASE
