I am all for shorting a stock. You should be able to make money when a stock goes down. If you can borrow a stock to short legally, then by all means. Please get rid of Illegal Naked Short selling. Enforce the rules that are already on the books. When you hardly do anything to anyone for breaking the rules, unfortunately, they just keep doing business as usual. Please make the markets safe again for the little investor.
