I am just an average investor who have see a hugh negative impact to my portfolios like many others. I like to see the original Uptick rule be re-instated, not any modified ones. "Proposed Uptick Rule: A market-wide short sale price test based on the last sale price or tick (a proposed uptick rule)."
I hope this will level the playing field against the naked short sellers and restore honesty and confidence back into the market for the foreseeable future.
