Hello,
With much respect I would like to voice my experience with the absence of the up-tick rule. I feel the up-tick rule should be re-instated... it would help STOP the demise of our countries wonderful businesses. This "Niagara Falls" effect has destroyed the value of America's great companies, not to mention our economies descent...
In my opinion I felt that many companies were unfairly brought to their knee's due to a "save yourself" mentality which was created by sellers and triggered a frenzied panic to sell our stocks... I hope my voice is a positive influence on re-instating the uptick rule.
