I feel the naked hsort selling and short selling without an uptick is not in the best interest of the small investor like me. It is ridiculous that Washington DC is too ignorant to admit they may have been wrong in 2007 by allowing these practices which had been in place for about 70 years to be overturned so short sellers and hedge funds could rule the day. Please reinstate the uptick rule and eliminate naked short selling. Show the public who you serve.
