The stock market exists to raise capital for US business. Destroying
efforts to support American business growth is counter productive to
the well being of our country. I was a commodity trader on the floor
of the CBOT for 20 years. Manipulation exists. If the S.E.C. takes the
appropriate steps to stem this negative atmosphere created solely for
the purpose of destroying otherwise viable American companies, you
will go a long way to creating a fair chance for the average investor.
To allow the ongoing seek and destroy tactics of the naked short
sellers sends a message to the average investor that he or she does
not have a fair playing field. You have already lost some of these
people forever.
Do not take the chance in destroying the confidence of American
investors.
