Strong action by the SEC to curb short sellers "Power to Destroy" is required to restore market stability and confidence.
Restore the uptick rule.
Stop naked short selling.
As a retired small investor a large percentage of my retirement "nest egg" was lost last year, in part due to large, well financed short sellers that make money by destroying other people's investments.
