Without further delay, PLEASE,
1/ Bring back the uptick rule.
2/ Stop the Proshares Ultra Short Sector ETF's.
3/ Deny an new requests for Triple-X ETF's.
Please don't let these negative forces to trounce our 401K's any more. Our capitalist society's retirement system and our future counts on markets going UP, not down.
I lost a lot of money in penny stocks because (unfortunately I learned too late) the uptick rule was gone and bears were able to raid and hammer them down. Many good companies that should have been able to grow are now either gone or just battered down to a pulp. Short sellers are merciless. Now thanks to them I'm gun-shy and sticking to ETF's until you guys give them (and those of us who are willing to invest and take a chance on them) a fighting chance again by bringing back the uptick rule.
