-Please bring back the "uptick" rule. I lost 58% of my six figure investment account. Virtually all my losses can be directly attributed to MASSIVE short selling.
Given the world economy I would certainly have suffered some losses BUT not 58%.
The uptick rule worked just fine since its inception in the 30's and disaster has followed since its repeal.
