1) The uptick rule makes a lot of sense and it brings more stability to the market. Please put it back in place.
2) Naked short selling is insane.
I'm a shareholder. No one who has absolutely no investment in my company should be able to have a fire sale of my company. It is unbelievable that our system allows someone to, in effect, create more stock than the stockholders have authorized just because he wants to make a fast buck. Shares should have to already exist before they can be traded.
