Restore the uptick rule with ALL the restrictions in had in the past.
In my opinion the absence of the uptick rule had a major impact on the recent market crash. As you are well aware this was put in place 70 years ago, because it was concluded then it would have helped. I am absolutely outraged it was ever taken away. I do believe 100% in short selling, but outside the bounds of the uptick rule we had for 70 years.
