Please restore the up-tick rule. I am just an individual investor but I cannot understand who benefits from the repeal of this rule other than hedge funds trying to create/reinforce momentum and make money while destroying capital. Companies do not benefit. Indidviduals do not benefit.
I will be fearful about the stabilty of our markets until this issue is corrected. Please help by re-instituting this rule.
