Please reinstate the full uptick rule. Do not mess around with variations.
ALL of us "little people" with retirement accounts have been severly hurt by abusive short selling. It's not FAIR for US. Do not give in to the lobbyists and whining hedge fund managers. Protect people like me. Make the market a fair place to invest for my future.
