Put the uptick rule back in place The short selling pros already have always had an unfair advantage and then Cox repeals the uptick rule to give them carte blanche to rape, ruin, and rape, ruin. Repair some of the damage Chris Cox and his cronies did. Give an honest person a fighting chance. Show that the shorts and the banks don't own the Shipiro SEC like they did the Cox SEC.
